Testing PS2 & GameCube on the Anbernic RG406V | ToRetro
This is an awesome Anbernic RG406V review from MetalJesusRocks, who is playing around with these Anbernic handhelds for the first time, which is a bit hard to believe since they've been around for quite a while and now they have a lot of different models, but the reason he was very interested in looking at this one is because it's their most powerful yet and he wanted to see specifically if it was possible to run PlayStation 2 games on a handheld of this size right now.
So can the Anbernic RG406V really play PS2 games?

Spoiler alert: Absolutely!
Not only does this handheld manage PS2 titles, but it also runs a variety of other demanding Games, including GameCube, Dreamcast, PSP, and even some Wii titles.
The RG406V offers a compact, retro-inspired design reminiscent of the Game Boy. It features a 4-inch multi-touch IPS screen with 960x720 resolution. While compact, the RG406V is packed with features, including responsive thumbsticks and customizable LED lighting, which add a cool touch to the overall aesthetic.
The RG406V sports impressive specs: an eight-core processor clocked up to 2.7 GHz, quad-core GPU, 8 GB of RAM, and expandable storage up to 2 TB via microSD. This powerhouse runs Android 13, making it highly customizable for emulator adjustments. Battery life also performs well, lasting up to 8 hours on moderate use, and it charges via a USB-C port, which conveniently supports video output.
