Shipment

A1: Yes, we ship worldwide.

A2: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Costs vary based on location and shipping speed.

A3: Delivery times vary by location. Standard shipping usually takes 7-15 days. Expedited shipping usually takes 5-10 days.

A4: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Parcel can be tracked at 17track.net. If you need help, feel free to contact our service team at service@toretro.com

Payment & Order

A1: You can place an order directly through our website by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. If you need any help, please contact our service team: service@toretro.com

A2: For payment, we accept PayPal and credit.

A3: If your payment fails, you can contact the service team or Paypal team for support and get a solution.

A4: Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our service team. If the order has not been shipped, it can also be canceled or changed.

Returns & Refunds

A1: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition.

A2: Contact our service team at service@toretro.com to authorize the return and get return instructions. Please provide the return tracking number after returning.

A3: The refund will be returned to the original payment method, and usually the refund will be processed within 1-5 business days after the problem is resolved.
